Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases from BedroomsForBabies.com. If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it, in its original condition, within 30 days for a refund less shipping costs and a restocking fee. In the event you need to return an item, please contact us for a return goods authorization number and instructions. Returned items will be accepted within 30 days, and a refund will be credited back to your credit card, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping, handling, and freight charges.
Backorder Policy
While we make every effort to remain in stock on all items, occasionally items are on backorder. In the event that an item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and determine the best resolution.
Shipping Policies
We strive to remain in stock and usually ship within 3 business days. Our standard delivery is via UPS ground, which takes from 1 to 5 business days in the US, so you will generally receive your order within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are based on package size, weight, and shipping destination. Our shipping charges will be automatically charged in the shopping cart at checkout.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If we are out of stock, we will alert you to the expected delivery date.
Damaged Goods Policy
In the unlikely event that your merchandise has sustained any damages from delivery please report them to us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. We will either replace the goods or credit you back. Please contact us for further instructions.
Warranties
All items are warranted directly from the manufacturers. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offered by Loke Enterprises. BedroomsForBabies.com is not responsible for any damages occurring from normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of any items. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the goods if there are any manufacturing defects. Claims for defective products reported within 30 days of receipt will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of BedroomsForBabies at no charge to you.
